Must be flexible to cover sick & annual leave when required. This role requires Excellent telephone & communication skills. Excellent client service skills. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task & prioritise workload. Good computer skills using Microsoft office. A strong attention to detail. Team player. Good interpersonal skills & strong work ethic. Professional presentation & grooming. Whilst not essential experience with Front Desk software is desirable.
